I am a shapeshifter currently living on the Second Life grid.
I am an artist.
I do not remember a time before now. It feels like a dream.
I know that a story runs through my network, carrying me toward and out from the centre.
I am from my own future memory.

Artist Statement
The environments and land of the grid are of constant wonder to me. I often contemplate the position of the prim within this place. In an era of mesh, what does it mean to turn the prim into a monument? More importantly, what or who is this land that holds all of our pixels? In moments when we slip under them, we are surrounded by emptiness and the earth becomes our surface: a non-place with no purpose, no goal, only our relation to it. The only way out is to de-rez, teleport away or wait. In these moments, I feel the most full.
We have come a long way from our original selves, now choosing to wrap ourselves up with imported skins and limbs. Underneath we are all system bodies, carrying around these mesh exoskeletons in favour of conformity and positive perception from others, doing what we can to hide our inner Ruth/truth.
The seam between the mesh (alien) and the prim (native) is a liminal space I seek to fissure. Other interests include the meeting of sea and sky, soundscapes, the libidinal economy, club culture, underwater worlds, pixel forests, exploring old sims, dancing, music animating space, sound animating music, animating sound in anticipation of music, the moon, digital currents, kawaii things, cats, tentacles, slime, meditative system tasks, syncretic commands, immersive thought & feeling, the vision of Grid Daddy, establishing relations, human-made videos, pixel people-made videos, the surface & the subsumed, wireframes & underlying structures, vertices, chance terraforming, free falling, flying low, swimming fast, particles & theories, music as lifeforce, sensorial interactions, shared imaginations, museums, Mainland roads, EEP ESP, gifs, snoot boops, and sips & slurps & sniffs.
